After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

A new speed bench wave that felt rather good, but I had a crammed session. I usually train prior to working with some kids, and I had the door unlocked and some of them came in 30 minutes early so my session was shot after that. I've now learned that I keep the door locked until about 5 minutes until we open otherwise this will likely always happen. It's not the end of the world, but I would have liked to get a little more work in. I got the majority of it done, so I guess that's the good thing to take away from this session.
