Erica Penley - 36 Years Old - 181 weight class/full power raw/sub master division
Erica started training with us just 3 months ago. She actually lives in another town but still makes it to training each day and on time. Here personality fits right in with us and we love her. It’s not often that you find that right new mix with a new Teammate that comes right in and is an immediate valuable addition. Well Erica was and is!
Erica has all the hard work and dedication you could ask for and she listens to what you tell her and most of the time she does it! Lol. I am very proud of her for jumping right into doing a powerlifting meet so quickly and taking on such an enormous challenge with so little time to have her properly prepared but she shined through and did awesome!
Sky is the limit Erica. I’m super stoked to watch you continue to progress and get stronger and become another female force with Team Nebobarbell. You are family now and we love you girl. Rest up we compete again in 3 weeks!
