*I took bigger jumps between my attempts just as I would if I were in competition. If I take bigger jumps and do fewer sets on meet day I have found I am much more fresh once I hit the platform. I worked up to what will be my final warm up and then shut it down.

I missed my final squat on vid, here is my straps down set of 725. This was the weirdest unrack I think I have ever done. Its like my body froze just as the bar broke the hooks and then switched back on after a second, very strange. Everything feels amazing, I feel great!
