I recently lifted in the 2019 APF Raw Challenge in Chicago. I ended up with an 1802 total via a 705 squat, 463 bench and 633 deadlift. I'll be starting an offseason right after New Years. 

Chelsea and I got back from Christmas on Friday afternoon and right after getting the car unloaded, I needed to move around and went off to the gym. It wasn't a planned session, but I needed some exercise and wanted to knock the rust off some.

Close Grip Incline - 4 x 5 @ 185

Machine High Incline - 3 x 8 @ 180

Dumbbell Press - 2 x 20 @ 65s

Rope Pressdowns - Build up though 10 reps @ 50

Preacher Curls - 3 rest/pause sets @ 65

Everything was intentionally kept very light. Just wanted to get moving around some. The real work will start in the coming week.
