barbell floor press

worked up to 365 for 2 doubles

405 for 3 singles

 

dumbbell press

worked up to 150's for 5 reps

 

back work with Spud strap

100 for 4 sets of 8 reps

 

Arnold press

worked up to 75's for 6 reps
