Tweaked hamstring

The plan was a triple but I was lucky to not hurt myself worse than I did on the second rep.  What caused it? I don't really know. I was feeling pretty good. Maybe I need to train in my wraps earlier in the training cycle with lighter weights.

Rehab plan-

Smith machine stiff leg deads up to 50 reps- only in a ROM with no pain or a minimal amount (up to 3x per day on the first two days). Goal is to increase ROM throughout the day(s).

Light sled pulls assuming not limping or painful.

Light compression for a few days. If any visible bruising, immediately ice.
