I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Monday evening I got some more blood flow work in for the upper body. I was feeling pretty good after a pretty heavy weekend of training, but I still wanted to go in and get something done. Nothing was too fancy or exciting, but just some of the little work that adds up. More grip work PR's as well for the little hands that could.
