After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now I can do what's best for my body. I've recently opened up a new training facility, THIRST, so I'm trying to balance life and training the best I can, with hopes that I can compete in some capacity by the end of 2018.

Well I was hoping that I would be able to get in some decent leg training, but that pretty much backfired. My SSB squats just felt like complete crap. I was super shaky, nothing would sync up, and overall I felt like I wasn't doing anything well, so there was no reason to try to salvage anything. I did some minor accessory work after that, but my mentality went to complete shit after the squats. Back to the drawing board with what's going on. No pain (which is good), but I can just tell there is certainly something up.
