ONE BAD SESSION DOES NOT DEFINE YOUR ENTIRE TRAINING CYCLE!

CONTEXT: I skipped my previously scheduled upper session due to shoulder pain, and I had a shitty lower session prior to that where I fell short by two reps, and skimped on accessory work.

However, getting my head right and remembering what it takes and WHY I do what I do got me back in, and I came in and WRECKED the weight I wanted. This would have been a good set for my back squats, and I did it beltless on a notably weaker variation for me.

Can I get a, "fuck yeah?"
