Getting close to topping out on how high I can jump without pulling my feet up with 30s.

3x430 - First 2 were pretty smooth, but almost stalled out on 3rd rep.  I'm actually surprised I was able to keep from getting pitched forward due to how far back my elbows were pointing.  I need to work on that big time.

6x2x220 + short lights - Tried doing speed pulls with my belt on for sets 4-6 and not surprisingly it was much faster/smoother.
