I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Wednesday I opted to get in a little extra leg work after my speed day like I normally have. I just wanted to keep the blood flow going good, traction the low back out, and just make sure I'm going to be feeling the best I can by Saturday. One more day of light training tomorrow, Christmas day completely off, and then we roll into meet prep.
