I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Wednesday was another pump day for some extra leg work and recovery. These days will slowly be cutting back as well as I get closer to peaking for the meet. I basically took out 3 sets of work, and still kept things light. Next week I'll probably only be down to about 3 exercises, and the following week only two exercises, totaling maybe 8-10 sets. It was nice to just go in, and not have to wait on anything and move on from exercise to exercise. The little things like that make me wish I was a bodybuilder again. Oh well, I was feeling really good afterwards and enjoyed a good dinner of pork chops and vegetables. Maybe I am becoming a bodybuilder.
