After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

On Thursday I got in a make-up back training session that would have normally been on Tuesday. After bouncing back from the odd illness I had, I thought having a make up session wouldn't hurt since it would be next week until I trained back again. Quick and easy one in the garage that evening.
