Block 2, Week 1, Day 2 - ME DE/SQ

As promised, I started at the unit with some prowling for my calf.

Prowler Backward Drags

100'x prowler

100'x prowler+90

100'x prowler+180

100'x Prowler+270 - Calf felt worked, but good.  I was starting to slow down about halfway though so I stopped here.

Prowler Push

2x50'xprowler+270 - Calf good, but I was internally rotating my left hip to change the stress on it.

I went back home to the garage gym at this point.

Fwd Heel Taps/Hanging Knee Raises/Hypers

3x{20ea x BW/10ea x BW/15xBW} - Knee raises were to the sides
