*4 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*
After wrapping up the heaviest week of circa max tension for squats this past weekend, this max effort movement was a max good morning. I went with the variation of starting from the bottom position on the pins from a dead-start. This is the most I've ever done on this variation of the movement so I was pretty happy. Followed by assistance work volume to hammer hamstrings.
Notes for Improvement: Keep hips back and engage glutes and hamstrings at start of good morning. Keep lats tight.
