*9 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Today's session was pretty simple, after working up heavy Saturday (normally my Dynamic Effort Squat/Deadlift day) today was structured for some reps and to push the assistance work to give my body a break from heavy weight. 

Notes for Improvement: Utilize days like this more often, not to make it an "easy" day necessarily, but to push reps as opposed to going heavy max effort for low reps.

A. Standing Ab Pull-down Warm-Up w/ Average Band - 4x10

B. Lying Hamstring Curl Machine - 5x10

C. Straight Leg Deadlifts - 4x10 w/ 235lbs

D. Reverse Hypers (strict) - 4x15

E. Banded Ab Pull-Downs - 4x15
