After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 This Monday I opted to get in my max effort work. I had a busy Saturday and was unable to train for the day, so I just took the weekend off from training and got after it Monday instead. This was a pretty good day of training though.
