So, I took that session off in order to recoup with my shoulder and come back healthier, and what do ya know? It worked!

I felt soooooooo much more stable with a wider grip on my main bench sets! Honestly, depending on how it all goes, and if I can HYPER TROPHY enough I may attempt to make the transition in an effort ot simply avoid injury and inconsistency! We shall see!
