ME Lower- Shoving Myself into the Meat Sack For Real

  • Warm Up
  • Hanging Leg Raise
  • Reverse Hypers
  • Pull Down Abs

  • *2-4 sets (whatever you need)

 


 

  • ME Lower
  •  Straight bar with bands pulling from front no - box

 

Ok so I decided to work up to a shmedium heavy single with just my briefs before I put the suit on. To get the work in. This was not a great idea. Since I got more than enough work in when I put the suit on.  Anyway worked up to I think 285.

 

I took the bands off and switched to straight weight after shoving my meat sack into my canvas meat holder for like 30 minutes.  If you haven't been keeping up with the Starbloatins, I put on a good amount of weight recently (on purpose) (to get stronk) It took me a while to get my feet in the right position and fix my unrack after squatting with bands earlier in the workout. I forgot to account for that. My feet were in the wrong place and I was leaning all over and I almost fell over on one. Sheesh.

 

I pretty much took plate quarter jumps the whole way up. I tried to stupidly push myself down in the hole which made me round since apparently I didn't learn my lesson about that on Tuesday (where I tried to shove myself into the hole without enough weight). Worked up to 465 for a handful of sets with the straps down to see if I was having any issues with my upper back holding the weight or if I was just shitty as using the suit. Verdict is out. Squatted pretty high.


 

 

  • SS Yoke Bar
  • + no box medium stance 3 sets of 5 with the same weight for all sets going below parallel - use more weight than last week

 

Plate dime on these. I was nice and smoked from the suit.

 


 

  • Glute Bridges and Hip Adduction

 

Thrusted around with like 155 or something

 

 


 

 

  •  Closer stance leg press - couple warm up sets than 2 sets for 100 reps

2 plates per side jammed these bad boys out


 

  • Inverse leg curl or weighted GHR 4x8

 

Quarter dime all the time. That's what they say, right?

 


 

  • Heavy face pull 4 x 6x8

 

130. I put my foot on a box so I can really jam on these.

I did not do any free time since I squatted for forever.
