The plan after last Friday was to take off till wed nov 25th and test full meet set up but for triples. Unfortunatly for a few lifters they couldn't wait as they had work or were heading out of town. Kayla, Kristin and Jim all tested out and did good but with a couple more days would have done better. Meet prep for the Arnold starts next Monday for most of the lifters and for the others they are prepping for our in house SPF meet March 12th.
