Cutting out caffeine from here on out heading into the meet, and probably after. Just from a general health perspective, and from recommendations from Stan Efferding. If you keep taking pre workout, and you never feel anything anymore, why take it? Once you come back and take it during the meet, you'll have the placebo effect and actual benefit from the caffeine and variety of other ingredients. Pretty damn simple, but we get so far removed from rational thinking sometimes
