Today was my last heavy raw day in my prep the USPA Olympia. Next week I will take a bit of a deload week before I put my suit back on and sprint towards the finish line.
*I wanted to find out what my top end was at this point in time. Usually you want to post videos of yourself crushing big weights, but I needed to find my top end, which usually means a grind.
