*7 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

Thursday's Bench Training was pause floor press singles, followed by pin presses; both working in the slingshot. Pec still isn't 100%, but using the slingshot on the pin presses kept my elbows from over-flaring and allowed me to do those for the first time in several weeks. Moving forward!

Notes for Improvement: Continue to be patient and work on tight setup and bar path to protect pec.

F2. Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 4x15
