As I mentioned before, I have been playing with my grip. and the level of which I sink the bar into my chest. By avoiding sinking, I can remain tight and actually keep a level of stability and consistency I really tend to lack with my benching most of the time.

A very good session, at a very nice bodyweight for 220. I've been right at 230 after normalizing from Mexico. July 16 is the next meet in Dayton, and I just want to put something big together!
