Biggest takeaway from these sessions is not how much weight I'm pushing, it's simply relearning to squat with less and less bulk body mass as I approach 198lbs. I know my strength has not dipped that much, but I will simply need to be more comfortable under load. I am also switching back to heels as I mentioned in my post in which Dani LaMartina helped me with my knee pain, so there will be a little re learning curve there.

Ultimately very productive session simply for the fact of getting more comfortable with the movements, and as you can see, more comfortable as the sets go on.

I still can't wait to get back into wraps though.
