After last week heavy session, I decided to do some raw work today. Just a little less weight and a little more volume.

squats - raw

worked up doing triples to 505 for 3 sets of 3 reps

 

dimel deadlifts

worked up doing sets of 8 to 405 for 6 reps (grip gave out)

 

inverse curl machine

reduced assistance down to 2.5 plates and did 3 sets of 12 reps

 

hypers

bodyweight for 15

two sets of 12 against average band

 

Things felt good and moved well.
