DE bench variation
instead of 9 sets of 3 with three different grips and 45 sec rest, I did the three grips back to back to back. I did this three times equally 27 reps just the same as 9 sets of 3 with 45 sec rest.
*I just like to change things, this really kicked my ass as compared to conv DE bench

80lbs of chain

7 sets of 5 ending with 225 bar weight and 210lbs chain
*every set I either added weight or chains until I got to my ME set of 5
