Ate a shitpot full of carbs yesterday because I was craving them. Had a total of 1800g (dry weight) rice, a stick of butter, 3 steaks, 16oz of ground beef, spinach, oranges, and a dount or two lmao. Made for a good session today! My wife tends to read my mind and showed up with all of that extra fun stuff after she got off work last night. Not mad about waking up heavy this morning haha.
