After sustaining multiple low back issues the past year, and coming off a terrible showing at the XPC Bench Bash, I'm now focused on training to improve my body and mind as I prepare for my wedding in June. I hope to be back on the platform towards the end of 2018.

I knew that this would be my final training session before heading off the Southern Caribbean for my honeymoon with Adrian. I decided to make it fun, and just chase a crazy pump. We're doing a week long cruise, so my chances of getting any kind of training in are slim to none, but that's entirely okay. That week is designed so that we can both enjoy ourselves and disconnect from the crazy 3-4 months we've recently had.
