I don't very often train all three lifts in one session but tonight was an exception. We had a special guest appearance by Shantel Johnson who wanted to get some technique help. Shantel is going to try her first powerlifting meet on September 17th. Living, learning and passing on is our favourite thing to do. Ken and I love helping other lifters get better and stronger and being part of team Elitefts gives us the knowledge and resources to do this.

My training tonight was just demo's really but I can feel the work I put in, sweating like a rented mule for 3 hours really knocks the wind out of your sails.

Shantel did amazing tonight, she is tall and has long arms and legs and was very adaptable to different training styles, stances, grips and foot position. A very good student overall and I cannot wait to help Shantel grow and  watch her step onto the platform.
