You guessed it, Kettlebell Metabolic madness.
I have had every excuse in the book lately not to cut weight. The time has come now where I need to make willpower my best friend again. When I was training Kettlebells 7 or 8 times a week I was at my leanest. Training for a Powerlifting meet is a whole different animal. My good friend and Coach Molly Edwards once told me "you need to eat to grow" and be strong. That mission was accomplished and now I must train and change my diet to lean out again.
I am committed to my bells again. My daughter is getting married in less than 7 weeks and this Mother of the Bride wants to look her best. I will commit myself to at least 4 kettlebell sessions a week as well as my powerlifting training. I think a few early morning sessions will be a great mix. Tonights training was a great kick start.

Wow, talk about a sweaty session tonight, 7 ladies working hard. They show up, (that's the hardest part) then they do the work. My shoulder felt great tonight, my knees were good and my squats felt nice and deep. I have had a very busy stressful few months and now it's time to focus on the Wedding. Life is so fun and full of excitement. So much to do and so little time, enjoy everything to it's fullest. We only get to do this thing called life once!
