SG Cable Rows/Single Leg Calf Raises

Calf raises were partial ROM with a forward body lean and a 5 sec negative since that was what I needed to do to feel like it was addressing the injured area.

Triceps Pushdowns/Horizontal Band Pullaparts

BFR Backwards Drags

8 min x sled+50 - I hoped this would give me a similar effect to the prowler, but it did not so it looks like I'll be hitting up the Unit during the week.
