I'll be basing everything completely off feel every session for the next month or so. After that, I'll decide on a meet and get things rolling.

 

Power Squat

worked up to 5 plates per side for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

leg press - unilateral

2 plates per side for 2 sets of 20 reps

 

lunges

2 sets of 10 lunges per leg

 

cable crunches

2 sets to failure

 

I'm going to be sore.
