I AM SO SORE FROM THE PIT SHARK YESTERDAY!

I don't remember the last time my legs and hips were this sore. Yesterday I had a pump but it didn't feel like I had done as much work as I apparently did. Surprised me but it's a good feeling.

 

Warm-ups

hip rotations, Indian Club swings, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

Elevated floor press - with fat bar

worked up to 275 for 5 sets of 5 (I think, Dave was keeping tally)

felt great training with Dave today

 

barbell rows

135 for 2 sets of 8

185 for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

delt machine

worked up to the stack for 3 sets of 8 reps

drop set dropping 3 pin holes doing sets of 8

 

reverse grip tricep pushdowns

70 for 4 sets of 12 reps
