Currently Training for: Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic - Oct. 31st

Current Best Lifts: 750lb Squat, 525lb Bench, 650lb Deadlift, 1925lb Total @ 220 (multi-ply)

Training Style: Conjugate, 2 Max Effort Sessions and 2 Dynamic Effort Sessions per week, along with 1-2 extra small sessions consisting of Lat, Ab, and GHR or Reverse Hyper Exercises.

Things continue to improve steadily, my pec is slowly healing, and the new medication I'm taking throughout the day isn't negatively affecting training as much as the old one was (I was really really slow, and struggling to recover from training). The first few days of taking it gave me some mild seizures at night, which sucked, but things seem to be adjusting better now after about a week. We're closing in on the home stretch here, and week 5 entered Circa Max phase for squats..

Saturday, Sept. 26th: Circa Max Squat Week 1: 305 + 2 Average Bands + Light Band per side

Sunday, Sept. 27th: Slingshot Speed Bench Wave Wk 2: 245+Chains

Monday, Sept. 28th No Training

Tuesday, Sept. 29th: Wide Stance Good Mornings 5x5 & Straight Leg Deadlifts w/ 405lbs

Wednesday, Sept. 30th: Sled Drags, Standing Pull-Down Abs, Reverse Hypers.

Thursday, Oct. 1st: Pause Floor Press 4x8 & 5" Catapult Pin Press
