I made a rare weekday trip to Elitefts. It's about an hour away so typically I try to head up on either Saturday or Sunday, but I had some spare time and it's been 5 or so weeks since I've been there so I decided to make the hour drive to train.
After catching up with Lily, JD, and Matt Smith for the first half hour or so I started warming up. I wanted to try the new American Grip Cambered Bar , which was awesome.

I really, really liked using this bar as a board press. I used the widest grip for every set.
After that I messed around with the Bamboo bar (because it was already out).
I used the bands to hook plates to it.
25 per side x10
25's and 10's per side x 10

Chest supported rows 4x10 heavy
100 band pull aparts.
