Not much of an update, other than, still, I have not touched a weight.  I've kind of formulated a plan, so I will stick with that.

 

Next week I will get back into the gym and continue not to load my spine.  I need to, I can't just keep sitting here because my back hurts, whatever.  SO, no deadlifts, no squats, but I will make do.  One day at a time.  Also, I will be getting and X-Ray on Friday, hopefully.
