Fun training night tonight, I love when people want to learn new things and I will always go out of my way to help others, to live, learn and pass on. Tonight Victoria and Carri came to get their bench on. Victoria hit an 85 Lb bench, 20 Lb P.R. for her and Carri hit 95 Lb triples! Carri has recently had squat and deadlift P.R.'s while training with me, she may very well be addicted to powerlifting. They also killed the 210 lb seated rows, P.R.'s for both of them. Where there is a will, there is a way.

A nice change from the kettlebell studio for some of my girls, they really under estimate how strong they really are, most women do. I'm proud of these two ladies and how they overcome their fear, conquer the unknown and give it all they got. Building confidence is sometimes all it takes and having the right support system.
As for me, my body is still sore from all the Deadlifts and pushups on Sunday, so I kept it light tonight with speed sets. I've been training hard lately, getting ready for a June competition or two.
