Block 3, Week 1, Day 1 - ME DL/SQ @ CF OBX

I may have celebrated my first real vacation in 2 years a bit vigorously the past couple of days and as such was feeling notably sub-par going into training today.  But I didn't care because I was happy to be on vacation and training and to have Chris with me along for the ride.

I stopped squatting because I hate using bars shaped like the buffalo bar.  Not because it is hard, but because the way I hold the bar when I squat makes this a vary painful bar to use and it feels like if I try to go heavy or to fatigue it is going to f@ck up my left shoulder.
