Trained at a commercial excuse for a gym today.  The bench was too low which screwed with my setup, positioning, and leg drive.  I'm also pretty sure all the bars had wider ring spacing as I had to move the fat gripz in significantly to get it to feel "normal."  Oh well, this is what I have come to expect from the drek that is corporation-run gym chains.  Needless to say I was completely unable to do my three position log cleans today.

SS: Incline Reverse Fly/Hanging Leg Raise

2x{12x15/15xBW} - I dropped the weight on the DBs for reverse flys because I got a hot, funky, nervy pain in my left trap on the first set.  Haven't had this before so I blame it on the crappy equipment.  It didn't happen again after I dropped to the 15s.
