Today would normally have begun with snatches, but I am taking all forms of snatches and cleans out of my training temporarily until I get my nagging elbow soreness resolved.  I don't think the snatches aggravate it as long as I am using proper technique, but it's not worth it right now.  I will keep in cleans as needed for log and other strongman related overhead pressing events, but will limit them for now.  I'll most likely add in some form of jumping to replace the snatches and axle cleans starting next week.
