Finished up my deload today and everything feels great except I slacked off a little on my mobility work for my elbows this week and things are a little tight.  Now it's time to study my balls off for my first physiology exam on Tuesday.  At least I'll get to train events on Saturday morning to relieve some stress.  I'm also heading into the last 7 weeks before Maryland's Strongest Man, so most of my event training will be focused on that.  I am still going to try and manage to keep farmer's walk in the rotation though instead of tossing it out like I have preparing for previous comps since I know that it helps me be better at yoke specifically and most things in general.
