Felt like dookie today after I got home.  Not sure why cause it was just a regular Thursday.  Thankfully, once I got moving and warmed up, everything felt like butter.  And as it seems I have Tuesday exams for the next month straight, it looks like all my Monday training will be moved to early AM for the foreseeable future.  Thankfully it's just my assistance day.  I seriously felt like I could probably set a new world record on log clean and jerk, but that is not the plan and I don't want to be a rock star in my garage and then eat plates of dongle goblins when it's time to compete because my recovery is all jacked up cause I couldn't stick to a basic and simple plan.
