I trained very early this morning in order that I could spend all afternoon and night after I got home from class to study for my first exam of PT school.  The subject is Advanced Physiology and so far in the first 3 weeks, we have covered the amount of material in one and a half semester-long graduate science courses as established by myself and one of my classmates who also has his Master's degree.  I have studied more for this one exam than I ever have for any test or exam or cert I've ever taken in my life.

Kneeling Jumps

3xBW

3x40 (vest)

5x3x40+20 - Additional weights held on chest

T-Bar Rows

10x100

3x200

2x8x210

8x215

Trap Bar Shrugs

20x250

2x20x270 - Both levator scapulae seem to be doing much better from working up on shrugs as I add them back in versus just throwing on a bunch of weight that "I know I can do."

Close Grip Bench/Wtd Hypers

10x45

5x135

3x185

3x{10x215/15x10}

Since I was only awake for about 30 min prior to training today, everything I did felt groggy and lethargic.  I had planned to go up a little bit heavier on some of my lifts today, and while I did on most, I could definitely tell I was well below my normal potential.  I'll most likely be repeating this early AM training for my other assistance day next week on Monday since my next exam in Intro to Healthcare Systems is next Tuesday, but I'm doing what I need to do to get where I want to go so it's all good.
