It dawned on me last night after studying all day that I also would prefer to be able to study this morning before my anatomy quiz. So at about 8:00 last night I went out in the garage to train. It went about like I figured it would (near total garbage), but now I will be more prepared for school.

15x35/15x25 - I can't remember the actual name of the triceps exercise, but it was something that John Meadows had posted that looks similar to DB skull crushers only you bring the DBs down to your boobies instead of your noggin. I need more weight on that one, but I wanted to be sure it didn't bother my elbows (it didn't).
