I did about 30 min of sled dragging yesterday followed by about the same duration of stretching and it was glorious.  I really need to get back to doing this at least 3x/week, preferably more, but I'm going into the 5th week in a row of having at least one exam to study for and I have 3 more weeks until I get a week sans exam.  The culmination of this will be 3 exams during the last week of this month, which is also the week leading up to Maryland's Strongest Man.  I'm going to go out on a limb and hypothesize that setting a new world record for a week's worth of cortisol production it not going to be a positive factor in helping me to be ready to lift tons of weights.  Oh well, nothing to do but stick to the plan and kick as much ass as possible.  Training is still progressing steadily so I really have no basis for complaints.
