My schedule is all jacked up this week because of deloading/competing/school.  I didn't train yesterday because I was studying 10 hours for an exam I had this morning.  I don't want to train sq/dl too close to competition even though I'm not going heavy on them.  I DO want to train overhead close to competition because I have found it is more helpful to me to do it this way.  So the upshot of all this is that my days and my split are off from normal this week and I don't care because this is how it needs to be done.
