My nemesis....the deadlift....

This is the lift I have hated from day one and it hates me back. Im still trying my best to get back to some kind of healthiness to where I can start attacking this lift more to finally make a run at 700 pounds. Its my bucket list lift so to speak....

Everything went well today and my back felt good. The atmosphere was great in the gym today. Atmosphere, competitiveness, equally driven souls and support for one another can not be quantified in words. In simple terms - its important. Success breeds success. Believe me.
