I felt pretty good today so I pushed the weight up a little more than I had planned. I'm still not as stable as I want to be, but the improvement from last week to this week was profound in my opinion. Next week I'l be heading out to NM for Christmas so it will be a reload week. There's a gym there to train at so I'll be doing something, but nothing too heavy.
