Almost done with this off season crap! Im ready to train!

I decided not to bench today so not to push it too much and plus I wanted to hand off for my Teammates today going heavy doing 2bopard doubles.

Everyone did great and I allowed them to push some limits to see where they were. Each of them like always are so surprised to see they are even stronger after their off season training even though they are not using a bar to squat, bench and deadlift very much. Amazing how that works....
